No, the Monster Energy Pro Downhill Series is an independently owned and operated race series, that is sanctioned by USA Cycling and designated as the "Official US National Downhill Series".

The Monster Energy Pro Downhill Series is the Official USA Cycling National Series and requires athletes to have a USAC or UCI license. Certain amateur categories can be raced on USAC "One-Day Race Licenses" 

YES - The USA Cycling National Championship (Downhill and Dual Slalom) have been integrated into Pro Downhill Series Round 4 at Big Bear Lake, CA. This event remains open to ALL international athletes. Please see our Competition Details page for more information.

The Monster Energy Pro Downhill Series Championship is specific to downhill racing, however we do feature other disciplines of racing at the Fox US OPEN and USA Cycling National Championships
